Co-workers can often be a source of distraction, but they can also motivate us to work with more focus. In order to minimize distractions, it is important to be aware of your working habits. We all work differently – some people may find it difficult to work in loud or crowded environments, whereas others may flourish in the same environment. Some workers may find themselves being more productive at night than during the day, and others may prefer working remotely instead of working in an office. It is important to learn what works best for you and observe what patterns most often lead you to become distracted or working most efficiently.
