Jr INUMA Operations Officer

We are a social enterprise committed to eradicating water scarcity by providing appropriate technologies for durable access to water.

Established in 2014, our mission and vision have guided our services as we provided clean water access to over 132,000 individuals, schools, business and farms in Rwanda and across the borders in DRC, Burundi and Uganda.

 

 

Your role
The Jr. INUMA CRM Officer will assist the INUMA Operations Manager with all things customer related. S/he will assist with preparing Quotations for clients, filling forms, preparing financing contracts and pursuing collections efforts. S/he will also provide ongoing support to customers and liaise with technicians for any needed repairs.
This is an entry level position. We are looking for a young graduate who is very passionate about ensuring customer success. S/he wiill be the best customer advocate to the rest of the team and manage a growing number of assigned customers. S/he must be a willing learner, requesting and improving from feedback.
This position will grow quickly as we expand, so the person needs to have great ambition for growth.
Detailed Responsibilities
  • Recruits and onboards Inuma customers
  • Create updated record and databases with water seller’s personal data
  • Collecting money from accounts paying by installments
  • Keeps management aware of the status for managed water points and any major issues as they happen
  • Communicating issues to the clients
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentation/ proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Finds information on training and recommends trainings for employee’s own personnel growth in areas of weak performance

 

 

 

Requirements 
  • Degree in Business Administration, logistics, or similar
  • Be able to learn quickly

Benefits
A Monthly Compensation of RWF 80,000 will be provided to all apprentices to assist with transport, food and temporary accommodation.
Access to sites for work will be provided.
There is no other compensation or benefits beyond this and successful candidates will sign a waiver to this regard.
Given COVID-19 uncertainties and high probability of lockdowns and movement restrictions, the 6-month period will cover only days where apprenticeship was able to happen.
